Some time into it now and it is nothing at all like I had imagined it would be. I have done little or none of the things I had planned. To be honest, there seems little difference between now and when I was working, except that now I have no income. I am still going in to work from time to time and, from next week I will be in one day a week to teach the advanced players. I still have lots of rehearsals and concert and so I am still not free to go away as I wish.
